News Brunswick plays host to the giant. Historically, 1957 was the year McCain foods came together as a potato processing plant. A renowned $65million potato processing plant has grown a potato tiny potato town with an annual potato holiday. The plant set its base in Florence Ville-Bristol, N.B.
